On March 19, 2021, BBRV Storage in Bay City became now Shorebreak Storage.  Under new management, Shorebreak Storage remains locally owned and operated.

The following updates have been made since March:
  1. New Management & Call Answering
  2. Upgraded 24/7 Access Control (Cloud Based & SMS Text Enabled)
  3. New Security Cameras and Monitoring Service
  4. Addition of Tenant Protection Option for All Tenants
  5. Expansion in Progress for 14'x40' Fully Enclosed Boat & RV Storage with steel structures, concrete, electrical connections, & lighting (to be complete June/July)
  6. Addition of Additional Outside Parking for Boat & RV
  7. Addition of Pest Control Equipment and Service
  8. New Website with 24/7 Bill Pay & Reservations
